We opted for a large kitchen with an oak table made by my great-grandfather, who was a carpenter. You can't see it, but we have a system for hanging a swing in the entrance, so the little ones can wait patiently while we cook!

On the ground floor, in the right wing, is the first bedroom, with a double bed and a crib.

View from the inner courtyard of the house, where our cottage garden with its medicinal and aromatic herbs is located.

VILLA ROSAMONDE
The house consists of three buildings: the left wing houses a large kitchen-dining room where you can cook on a large stove and wood-burning stove. It opens onto the living room in the main building, which offers a beautiful view of the garden and a fireplace for autumn and winter evenings. In the right wing, a games room is currently being fitted out for the enjoyment of young and old alike. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floors, allowing everyone to live at their own pace. A small garden opens onto a lawn decorated with rose bushes, apple trees, plum trees, cherry trees, and of course, deck chairs, a trampoline, and a ping-pong table.

Large garden where you will feel like you are in the countryside even though you are in the city center. A trampoline and ping-pong table are available for your use.

All summer long, we had two different varieties of raspberries.

We recommend the delicious babka from Eugène's bakery, a mobile bakery truck that can be found at the market on Saturdays. It's delicious with a few strawberries!

THE GARDEN THROUGH THE SEASONS
We offer you access to our vegetable garden, fruit trees, and aromatic herbs. In autumn, apples are the last fruits to ripen before the garden goes to sleep. It is also the time to harvest verbena. Sage and a little evergreen mint remain to be picked... In spring, everything starts again: the old roses bloom, rhubarb appears, and the flowers herald the future fruits of summer. We then plant the vegetable garden: zucchini (especially for making delicious fritters from its flowers!), tomatoes, pumpkin, beets, radishes, eggplants... And you can harvest the vegetables throughout the summer, seasoning them with thyme, tarragon, bay leaves, rosemary... Raspberries, mirabelle plums, cherries, and strawberries will delight the little ones. The Normandy rains and the increasingly present sun have yielded beautiful harvests in recent years.
