VILLA ROSAMONDE

The house consists of three buildings: the left wing houses a large kitchen-dining room where you can cook on a large stove and wood-burning stove. It opens onto the living room in the main building, which offers a beautiful view of the garden and a fireplace for autumn and winter evenings. In the right wing, a games room is currently being fitted out for the enjoyment of young and old alike. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floors, allowing everyone to live at their own pace. A small garden opens onto a lawn decorated with rose bushes, apple trees, plum trees, cherry trees, and of course, deck chairs, a trampoline, and a ping-pong table.
THE GARDEN THROUGH THE SEASONS

We offer you access to our vegetable garden, fruit trees, and aromatic herbs. In autumn, apples are the last fruits to ripen before the garden goes to sleep. It is also the time to harvest verbena. Sage and a little evergreen mint remain to be picked... In spring, everything starts again: the old roses bloom, rhubarb appears, and the flowers herald the future fruits of summer. We then plant the vegetable garden: zucchini (especially for making delicious fritters from its flowers!), tomatoes, pumpkin, beets, radishes, eggplants... And you can harvest the vegetables throughout the summer, seasoning them with thyme, tarragon, bay leaves, rosemary... Raspberries, mirabelle plums, cherries, and strawberries will delight the little ones. The Normandy rains and the increasingly present sun have yielded beautiful harvests in recent years.
THE BEACH, THE PORT

The beach is typical of the Opal Coast, with its pebbles and high cliffs. You can take long walks along the seawall, discover the lighthouses, and continue on to Yport or Étretat...

The port's sports centers offer many activities: sea tours aboard old sailing ships, canoeing, jet skiing...

You can also hire bikes for lovely rides and explore the cycle path that leads to Dieppe.

The fishing port and marina are an important part of the town. You can watch the sailors return from sea with their holds full. Fresh fish can be bought at the fish market on the peninsula. Oyster tasting, aperitifs at La Boucane, a visit to the fishing museum—there are so many wonderful things to do for a taste of the Normandy dolce vita.
